Stress awareness and applied self-regulation
Notice stress patterns and practice intentional responses in everyday situations.
The program
Every program draws from the same set of practice areas and formats. Which ones are used depends on the setting, the participant group, and the facilitator’s qualifications.
The session approach
Information can be useful, but a RELLE session is designed around doing. Facilitators guide participants through a clear sequence, invite appropriate reflection, and help connect each practice to daily life.

Program boundaries
RELLE provides structured, non-clinical emotional-wellness programming. It does not provide therapy, clinical treatment, diagnosis, crisis care, or individualized mental-health services.
Programs are not a substitute for care from a qualified health or mental-health professional. Organizations retain their existing participant-support and emergency procedures.
Facilitator qualifications and program content are matched to the practices being offered.
