Practice for everyday life

Practical emotional wellness, designed for everyday settings.

RELLE works with gyms, studios, workplaces, universities, and community organizations to run non-clinical practice sessions in their own spaces. We plan the program and match qualified facilitators; the partner provides the setting and the community.

What RELLE is

A structured way to make emotional wellness part of everyday life.

Each session is led by a facilitator and built around guided practice. Sessions create space to slow down, notice what is happening, and practice skills that can be carried into daily life.

Practice

Sessions center guided experience, not lectures alone.

Application

Participants connect what they practice to everyday routines and situations.
